Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

Bridge is provided by Unixity LLC. These terms apply to your use of Bridge’s workspace application, website, and related services.

Your account and authority

By creating an account or workspace, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you create or manage a workspace for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Keep your verified phone number current and protect your sign-in methods. Workspace owners must complete the additional authentication required by Bridge. You are responsible for invitations, membership changes, sharing decisions, and actions performed under your authority. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspaces and service use

Each person may own one workspace eligible for the free plan. Membership in workspaces owned by others does not consume that allowance. Additional owned workspaces require a separate subscription through the website when that purchasing option is available. Workspace storage and optional services are governed by the plan or agreement you choose.

Use Bridge only for lawful work and content you are authorized to store or share. Do not use it to harass others, distribute unlawful content, bypass another workspace’s permissions, interfere with the service, or abuse verification, calling, storage, or notification systems.

Your content and connected services

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit Bridge and its service providers to store, transmit, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you enable and to carry out your authorized instructions.

A workspace owner controls that workspace’s business records and access. Other authorized members may view, change, download, or share content according to their permissions. Connected services, including Apple, Google, and customer-owned calling accounts, also operate under their own applicable terms.

Permanent deletion and loss of access

Export information you need before requesting permanent deletion. When account or workspace deletion is accepted, access is removed immediately. Background cleanup then permanently erases the requested active records and stored files. Deletion cannot be canceled or reversed after acceptance.

Deleting a workspace removes every member’s access to that workspace. Account deletion does not authorize deletion of a workspace owned by someone else. Those workspaces retain their business content with anonymous historical attribution where needed. Previously downloaded copies, historical backups, and records controlled by connected customer-owned services are handled separately, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a subscription managed by a separate payment provider. Any active subscription must be managed through its purchasing provider or the applicable business agreement.

Changes and support

Available features can change as Bridge develops. We may restrict access needed to protect the service, enforce permissions, respond to abuse, or comply with applicable requirements. Contact support about access, privacy, account recovery, or these terms.

The effective date identifies this version of the terms. When an updated agreement requires your acceptance, Bridge will request it through the applicable account or purchasing flow.
