To permanently delete your account, sign in and open My Profile, then choose Delete account and personal data. Workspace owners can delete an entire workspace from Settings → Company → Delete workspace.
Review the affected workspaces and files before confirming. Access is removed immediately. Background cleanup then permanently erases the requested data and stored file versions. Deletion cannot be reversed.
If you have not finished registration, choose Delete unfinished account during setup. If you cannot sign in, contact support for identity verification and help with your request.
Removing your account from a workspace owned by someone else preserves that workspace’s business records with anonymous attribution. Copies already downloaded by other people and retained disaster-recovery backups are outside immediate active-system cleanup.
